As with other types of mortgage loans, I need to shop the best VA rates for my clients as well. I track some of the best VA lender rates available and lock them for my clients. In addition to rates, closing costs can vary too since there are still expenses to be considered such as title, lender fees, and so forth. My goal is simply to encourage you to compare the low rates and fees that I offer to you, to any other lender. This way, you will have the vital information required to make your final decisions.

VA Loan Funding

The Veterans Administration does not actually make VA mortgage loans directly.  Rather, certified lenders are approved to both offer and underwrite VA Loans. The VA Home Loan Guaranty program is designed to help active military and veterans obtain favorable financing. Essentially, the VA guarantees the loans made to veterans through a network of different lenders.
